For a local Hong Kong company, we manage and set up the infrastructure for their online marketing campaigns. The system is designed to deliver around 2 million emails in less that 4 hours. And follow Hong Kong email marketing laws.
The infrastructure consists of 10 VPN servers, geographically distributed around asia, running 80 Linux containers. The main command and control servers, generate and distribute the marketing campaign via openVPN to the outbound servers. If deliver is not successful on the first attempt, the email is passed off to the endpoint container, enabling the main queues to quickly dispatch all the emails.
Integrated in this is extensive pre-delivery infrastructure tests, analysis of RBL implications. Then after delivery we have extensive reporting on bad emails and delivery rates.
Our expertise ensure that the maximum delivery potential for each blast is achieved
